MY PET?

This guy stopped by to see me today. He is one of the ones that come quite frequently. Isn't he cute? Or maybe it is a her...don't want to get that close. It doesnt apperar to be that old. Last year we had one that was close to 500 pounds. They don't bother you if you leave them alone. I sure wish I had a pic of the big one. He is on video.

STILL WAITING,,,AND WAITING...AND WAITING...

I am still anxiously awaiting the arrival of my new grandson. He should have arrived by now, but still no luck. It must be getting closer cause my daughter can't even sit or walk. She went to the hospital yesterday, but they sent her home. I really think it will be tonight. Hopefully! The weather was really cool here today; you can almost feel autumn in the air. We sure didn't have much of a summer to begin with. Even closed the pool early. I am planning on a few yard sales tommorrow and a couple of consignment shops if the baby doesn't show up! These are my four other grandkids. They are my sweeties. WOOHOO!!! I uploaded a picture, It is my first. Not the one I wanted, but i did it.

CRAZY SATURDAY

What a month this has been! It is so busy with school starting . I sure do miss my grandkids during the day, popping in every few hours. It is starting to look like fall outside, with the leaves changing, and lots of acorns falling everywhere. I am patiently waiting for my daughter to have her baby. which is due tomorrow. (a little boy called Morgan) I really can't wait. This will make five, 3 girls and 2 boys. The joy of it all. I seriously do not think my other daughter will ever have any. My son....no way. He likes the bachelor life. I have been busy getting decorations out for halloween. I signed up for my first swap this week. It sure sounds like alot of fun and I cannot wait. This blogging is so new to me and I hope I am doing it right. I will upload some pics soon. I spent the day thrift shopping and went to goodwill. I love to look for old items to fix up. Found several prim items which made my day. Then I hit the antique mall. I could spend forever in there. It is just so awwesome. I finished up the day by stopping at the amish for some baked goods. The lady that does the baking is just the sweetest person, and she makes the best frosted pumpkin cookies in the world. Till later.
