I was in the SIX MONTH SANTA SACK SWAP that Cheryl from  GONE STITCHIN'  hosted.  It was a six month long swap, and was alot of fun to do. Sandy, from Grandma Rockton was my partner and sent me these lovely gifts.

ORNIES FROM AMY'S SWAP

I received these 3  ornies from Amy's (BUMBLEBEE COTTAGE) swap. She always has the best swaps.This ornament is from Amy herself. It smells heavenly and is so adorable. Thank you Amy. I love it.

These sweet ornies are from  PRIMITIVE ECHOES, and they smell so good. This pic didn't come out too good, but in the bag are 3 little candy canes.I love all these ornies, and thank you girls so very much.

MY GIFTS FROM MY SECRET SANTA (SSS)

I was recently in the SSS Christmas Swap. I don't know who my SECRET SANTA was, but she sent me some really neat stuff.

I got all kinds of material, a lighted needle threader, a notebook and some homemade pretzel candy, which was very tasty! A nice book light...wow, I am going to be busy for awhile. What anice SantaI had, and i thank you very much. I loved everything.

MY SWAP FROM "CHRISTMAS AT THE CABIN"

 It is such a beautiful day out, you wouldn't know it was December. Hope we get some snow before Santa comes. Where has the time gone? There is so much to do and so little time to do it. I need to really get motivated, or I will never be ready for Christmas!!!  I have lots of pics to post, so I am going to try, but everything is so slow to load. I was in a swap hosted by Amy of Bumble Bee Cottage, 'CHRISTMAS AT THE CABIN."  Felicia, of Raggedy Creations and I were swap partners. I received such beautiful things from her. She is so amazing, just like her prims that she makes. I love this mitten she made. (do you see that cute little mouse?) Then there was a penny rug that is just gorgeous and ornaments that she made also. This gal is so talented.  There was a painted slate, scented wax ornies., so many different ones. For her first time making them...they are fabulous! There was a painted slate, a friend ornament, sugar cookie mix, tart blocks,a snow globe with my name on it,potholder and mitten, two pair of cozy,fluffy socks. I must have been a very, very good girl this year Thank you Felicia from the bottom of my heart! I love everything so much, and I am glad to have found a new friend.

Amy, from BUMBLE BEE COTTAGE HAD an amazing PRAIRIE HARVEST SWAP, and I Had Ellie from ELLIE"S COUNTRY ACCENTS. she sent me some amazing items. Thank you Ellie, I love them all, and have the perfect place for them. And a big Thank You to Amy for hosting this swap!!! I received a beautiful Prairie Doll, A sweet pillow that is so cool. and the cutest Turkey ever. I also received a beautiful candle mat and candle. I love everything Ellie, and thank you so much.
      I hope everyone is having a beautiful Sunday. The sun is shining brightly and it is warming up fast...might have to go out and do some leaf raking....I just finished making a big pan of stuffed peppers for dinner tonight. KINDRED SPIRIT DOLL SWAP

I have got to show all you wonderful ladies the beautiful Doll I received in Amy's KINDRED SPIRIT DOLL SWAP! I JUST LOVE THIS BEAUTIFUL MAMMY DOLL. UNDER HER DRESS SHE HAD PANTALOONS AND A PETTICOAT. My partner was Cheryl (Penny) Gerald, and what a great lady she is. Penny has a great blog that you should check out.It is MAMMY STIITCHES. She also included an adorable poster, and the sweetest snowman ever. There was also a bar of handmade soap, and boy, does it smell good. Thank you so much Penny...I loved everything. And thank you Amy (BUMBLEBEE COTTAGE) for another great swap. 

MY BABIES ARE ALL GROWING UP...

         MY OLDEST GRANDAUGHTER, CAN'T BELIEVE SHE IS A TEENAGER. IT SEEMS LIKE YESTERDAY SHE WAS JUST A BABY. I AM SO PROUD OF HER.

These are my two girls in a rare moment! I will have to put pics up of my other sweeties later today. I need to do alot of things I have let go. I decided I am going to do alot of things I haven't done. I am going to make my bucket list up, and try my best to do everything on it. I am tired of  having 2,3,or4 surgeries a year. I am tired of being miserable for two months after each time. It is time for a change.........Have a wonderfulday!

MY WONDERFUL SWAP PACKAGE FROM SHEILA!!!

  It has been like forever since I have been on my blog. it just took a little longer to recuperate this time. It has been so busy. My son got married and I am so happy. It was a beautiful wedding. I am sure glad that it is over with. (A lot of work involved and not enough time!) I want to show you girls what Sweet Sheila from "SEASONS OF THY HEART" sent me. She was my partner in Amy's swap over at " BUMBLE BEE COTTAGE." They are both just sweethearts. This swap was THE GREAT PUMPKIN SWAP" and it was a great one, believe me. Look at all the beautiful things she sent me...I felt like queen. Some of the pics are a little dark...(I am thinking one of my grandkids dropped the camera)

                                 Aren' these just beautiful?  Sheila is just so talented, and I hope someday I have her again for a swap partner. She is just the sweetest person. Thank you so much Sheila. And a big thank you to Amy for hosting it.                                                  

OFF I GO AGAIN!

  I have been such a bad blogger this summer. I haven't really been feeling all that well, and now I have to have surgery this Wednesday. It is an ongoing thing, but someday things will get better. I just finished up a couple of swaps and got them ready to mail in the a.m., so that is alot off my mind.
